- Report on a topic or text, tell a story, or recount an experience in an organized manner, using appropriate facts and relevant, descriptive details to support main ideas or themes; speak clearly at an understandable pace.
Guideline:
- Students will complete a search on hand made musical instruments at school during music class. (Students may also search on home computers.)
- Students will build the instrument. Parents may help with nails or sharp materials, but the final product must be the students’ work.
- Students will bring completed instrument to their music class during the first week of October.
- Students should attach the form passed out in class with their projects
- Students should prepare a short presentational report containing the following:
- Why the instrument was chosen
- How instrument was made
- Demonstration of how instrument works
- Short description of the learning experience
